I have poor executive functioning/ an uneven cognitive profile and find that throwing questions relating to what I want to do to chatGPT really makes some things easier for me to do or think about. So I think it is a valuable assistant especially for providing information and new angles or instructions, but also just to lower barriers so less cognitive energy is required for some things.
