Also I will go to my grave thinking that male doctors are happy that a guy has probelms with libido, especially if they have daughters. Female doctors don't want to "unleash more toxic masculinity in the world" so they'll also ignore the problem. The gymbros and the biohacking bros might not have an academic education, but at least they have some sense of comradery and interest in solving the problem because chances are they are trying to do the same thing (even in reverse for example there are a lot of biohackers who want to lower their libido so they are genuinely interested in the mechanism in order to be in control of their own libido and kick it up a notch or tone it down at will)
