Curious, what is the difference between "actually gratis" and "libre"?
- godshatter 3y agoNot the parent poster, but I'm assuming "actually gratis" means "free as in beer" (doesn't cost money, presumably with no data harvesting) while "libre" means "free as in speech" (open source license of some kind).
