Triplebyte Screen Alternatives?

I'm thinking of adding a feature similar to Triplebyte Screen for my company (spicy.hr). Have you used Triplebyte Screen before? If so, what about did you love? And what about it did you dislike? Your feedbacks are greatly appreciated!
