- opportune 3y agoI think that would prevent regular joes from accessing whatever it is the article is referring to as messages from terrorists to supporters. But I’d be surprised if terrorists are not organized enough to know to use VPNs
- hnlmorg 3y ago“Terrorists” is such a vague term in a lot of jurisdictions. Sometimes a “terrorist” might be someone peaceful but who doesn’t support the current regime. So we aren’t always talking about comic book-style super villains here.
