"Everyone will make their own games with this new Game-maker thingy!" "Everyone will make their own stuff with these 3d printers!" "Everyone will make their own music with Garage Band!" ...and yet, those tools help some people, those who invest the time in them as tools to produce specific work, but in general no. Not everyone learned how to use the tool to make their own games. 3d printers can do interesting things, but not everyone can afford one or is willing to learn to use one. Anyone with an Apple device has Garage Band, but only a few actually get full use out of it short of playing around for a bit. LLMs are easier to use, but most people won't learn how to get amazing stories. They'll get the same archetype a few times and get bored.
