Interesting, as I have opposite reactions. When Windows does something off, I get frustrated because I know that there’s nothing I can do to avoid it. When Linux does something off, I start guessing at what caused it and how to fix it.
- PhilipRoman 3y agoYeah, my conscious reaction is the same - give me gdb and strace, and I will fix anything; maybe even send a patch to the maintainers if needed :) Maybe this is what triggers said feeling - my brain thinks "I would never have to do this if I was using Windows", while ignoring the part "I could never do this on Windows in the first place"
