- endisneigh 3y agoUnited States also has draconian surveillance, as well as the UK and several EU countries- or was that your point?
- mikewarot 3y agoEdward Snowden basically threw his life away to prove we're completely surveilled here in the US, and the "Western World" in general. What's different here that you're free to criticize the Government without fear of (open) repression.
