That’s a privacy nightmare if it’s real, a couple days ago I read how similar service were used to access employee current employers then she was fired after they found out she had 3. Any data collected about a person nowadays will be used against him/her, why give employers such power and access, and how is this beneficial to the employee? Nothing, absolutely nothing!
