What do you mean by in UK non attorneys can own firms? Of course anyone can own a firm here. I think I'm missing something.
- nullc 3y agoHistorically, In the US ethics rules have mandated a law firm may not be owned by a non-attorney nor have fee sharing agreements with non-attornies.
