- yogthos 3y agoCountries will obviously start taking risks with uncertainties when it becomes certain that they risk destruction due to rising heat.
- hammyhavoc 3y agoIs that obvious? The proposed method has the possible side effect of ozone depletion. Increasing UV creates a whole new set of problems.
