- giuliomagnifico 3y agoWhy? I don’t think managers use Slack if they know that these messages are readable by everyone.
- dave4420 3y agoIt certainly makes it easier to comply with discovery orders in those legal cases large employers seem to get involved with much of the time.
- amriksohata 3y agoAnyone with Slack admin rights knows its possible to access the chats currently, same with Teams. They wouldn't use it for gossip but its acceptable to discuss reportee matters if they know only their seniors can access the chat and its all above board. Otherwise take it offline and talk in a meeting room instead.
