And yet if someone is "biased" against murder, they will let you be a witness in a murder trial. Love the legal system.
- larrik 15y agoMurder is criminal, patents are civil. They are completely different, and they absolutely should be.
- JoshTriplett 15y agoAbsolutely true. However, I think the principle of "innocent until proven guilty" ought to apply in both cases.
