If you have cliantro soap taste genes you know about it and are clear to people about your ability to accept cilantro. Many other things are just what you're used to. I spent a while trying chicken fried steak recipes with different oils and found out I liked sunflower oil the best, in terms of flavor. Many people can't stand it. It's just what you like.
