The DOJ Detected the SolarWinds Hack 6 Months Earlier Than First Disclosed
- jschveibinz 3y agoAs a U.S. citizen, this makes me angry and disappointed yet again with our federal government’s ability to function in today’s world. Every breach of federal networks or systems should be reported immediately to NSA’s cyber command for immediate response. Period. It’s a national security event, not an embarrassing internal matter. Let NSA figure it out. Not reporting or not reacting should be a misdemeanor federal crime, in my opinion, and those involved should be immediately terminated. In this case, they reported but there was no follow up.
