High salaries in tech are over forever
- allears 3y agoHigh salaries may be over, but strangely enough, profits will continue to increase.
- jmoak3 3y agoThe amount you make for your employer is the “cap” you can be paid. What you are actually paid is based on the difficulty in replacing you. If you want higher wages then find a way to make more tech companies.

- captaintobs 3y agoThis is a garbage/sensationalist/click bait article. They source blind conversations.
- lisasays 3y agoLike almost everything on BI it seems. It's just an awful, spammy clickbait-y site, all the way down. Almost by definition in violation of HN guidelines.
- f154hfds 3y agoI was surprised to learn the revenue per employee figure for big tech (2022): * Microsoft: $897,300 * Google: $1,470,000 * Amazon: $333,500 * Facebook: $1,348,000 * Apple: $2,404,000
- AHOHA 3y agoOpinion: click bait and paywalled contents should be banned from HN.
