- baud147258 4y agoConsidering there's been plans to reduce cars in Paris since at least Delanoë's time in office, so since 2001, I don't think it's been going that quickly; though for sure the city did use the reduction in car traffic during the Covid lockdown to do some more work on bike/bus lanes.
