What's most awkward about this for me is the framing. Surely you have to ask if people are free or if they want to come to a beach house BEFORE you book. But maybe the point is you'd use it anyway if they didn't want to come? But then if they said "oh we'd rather just go down to the local" I'd rather than do that and it would be weird cos they'd say, didn't you book a beach house?
