- bryanlarsen 3y agoDo they want to be in the deli job forever? If no, you're probably already helping / encouraging them on their journey to get a better job, and that shouldn't be awkward. If they do want to be in the deli job forever, then yah, my phrasing is awkward. There aren't too many people who want to work the deli forever, but there are some.
- actionfromafar 3y agoBeing a founder isn't for a majority either. It's nice to day-dream about, doing it is another thing altogether.
