SF DA drops case against the crowbar attacker on ex-Comm, cited self defense
- anigbrowl 4y agoThis is a two-day old report on a case which has had several significant developments since. It gets several facts wrong right from the outset (the weapon is very obviously not a crowbar) and takes assertions as facts, which subsequently turned out to be groundless. I'm not sure why one would ever submit news stories from a known-poor source like a tabloid newspaper to HN when better sources are available.
