I interviewed with Google at the end of last year. The only thing I took away was that their recruitment people aren't very good at pre-screening and they seemed to like wasting my time. The first two interviews were OK, basic UNIX admin and software type questions, I could answer most off the top of my head. The third was with someone who certainly had a maths degree and wanted to make sure I knew it. It all left a rather bad impression.
