The business model is that the community subsidizes automotive repair through individual donations and institutional networks subsidize through grants and we are able to provide a service for dirt cheap. We do have a staff that receives small stipends, but we would like to grow to a point where we can have a full time paid staff. For profit businesses receive probably trillions a year in subdsidies, but mostly pocket the money. We use the money to serve the community.
