Not to be funny but aren't you supposed to delegate what you don't need to be spending time doing as CEO?
- ttul 4y agoYeah that’s the classic assumption but the reality is Human Resources are expensive and as a tech CEO you really can automate a lot of stuff that perhaps a non-tech CEO would have to delegate to a person. It’s a hidden advantage (curse?) I suppose.
