by this 'logic' any CEO could claim immunity from SEC since anything they say in real life could be walked back as 'that could be a deepfake!'
- bamboozled 3y agoWell why can't this happen ? If all you have is a video record of what was said, then you have no other evidence and it's validity can easily be questioned?
