Geeze - if these guys are so good at breaking into accounts I might like to use them as a service. I tried many times to get into my att account and failed - I talked to customer service - fail. Got escalated to some 'upper level customer service' people - and we went through multiple ways to reset - all failed. I tried the get postcard in the mail and so many things - I just gave up. Hours on the phone.. no more. and now hackers are getting in without any problem - fml.
