Just a minor quibble: the "Search" button doesn't need to be present since the results update as you type. Also to that point, you may want to debounce the inputs to the search bar because they load images with each keypress
Are you worried about pages using favicons that are hosted on your domain?
- timz 4y agoThank you for your comments, really appreciate it. Yes, the search button is not needed, since we live show the results which are searched in memory. Removed. Wanted to keep the speedy results as you type, so instead of debouncing for the preview now the native emojis rendered as chars are shown, not images. If there is much traffic, there must be ways to optimise image serving, unless you have other concerns. Let me know please if you see other ways to improve this small project.
