Dominion Voting Systems Investor Sees 1,442% Return After Fox Lawsuit
- bell-cot 3y agoFrom some quick taps on my old calculator - it looks like the "1,442%" is calculated from Staple Street Capital having bought 76% of Dominion for $38.8M in 2018 - vs. the recent $787.5M settlement with Fox. No hint that Dominion stock might have a current market price. Or whether Dominion shares have been issued or repurchased since 2018. Or any other real-world stuff. Even if Staple Street's attitude toward Dominion is 100% "loot the body", the article's "1,442%" calculation still assumes that Dominion's Fox-fighting lawyers were working for free. [snort]
