- sharemywin 4y agoI don't know if I buy this: Every employee is replaceable. maybe in a big enough business or with enough time etc. or you throw enough money at it. but I've seen business fail over an employee leaving.
- jschveibinz 4y agoThe fastest way to get rich is through a successful deal. Sell something valuable, especially where the value is defined by future intangibles. In this way, you pass the risk/reward opportunity on to someone else, but you get the cash now. For example, a piece of property that could be worth a lot more in the future. Or, a small business that is profitable now but could be twice as profitable if certain things work out. Remember: “The money is in the deal.”
