Wow 7 years of graphic design, 5 years of piano, and 10 years of study as an oral surgeon and you're only 25! Sounds like you should pick up some skills in Mobile Development and solve a problem that you've encountered through out your extremely diverse life experiences. I recommend mobile because the distribution mechanisms are straight forward and more accessible. Don't worry so much about whether some of these problems have already been tackled by others, but think about how you could solve them better.

The numbers don't make a lot of sense, however I'll take him at face value. My advice would be to step back and look at it objectively, Why do I want to do this? If it's just to satisfy some checklist oh achievements I think there are better (and safer) paths. If it's because you have a passion for something that you want built, well that's something completely different. If your ready to put it all on the line "Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead!" then I think you need to do some self reflection. I don't think you can take someone else's idea try to implement and expect good results you need to be committed to what you're working on to a level that most people can't even imagine. Layman's terms: You're the one who needs to answer your own question.
