This is bad. Let's say that ChatGPT has, or is induced to have a bias in a certain direction.
Then one side of a political discussion is able to generate bills en masse, constant new over and over with slight tweaks. Another side of the discussion is unable to get new bills to discussion or consideration because of the mass of bills generated by the other side.
Effectively a legislative DoS attack. Not to mention ChatGPT in it's current form would already be unwilling to generate the text of bills for certain issues.
- DoctorOW 3y agoIt'd have to be more than a slight bias for ChatGPT to be completely useless. However, this provides an excellent incentive to reform the legislative process which is long overdue anyways.
- flangola7 3y agoChatGPT will generate nearly anything you want unless it is pretty clearly sexual or unethical. GPT4 especially so.
