How does everyone being in the same metro area help? The idea of working remote is being able to choose where you want to live?
- digging 4y agoThat's part of it. The main part is working at the physical location of your choice, usually home, and not having to commute.
- scarface74 4y agoThe physical location in many people’s circumstance is far away from the high cost of living area that the company is located. “Working remotely” and still having to be in a designated city really doesn’t help much for most people.
