If you want to stand out, the traditional way of just showing up to an office isn’t really enough. Write company blog posts, hold demos of new tech, have 1 on 1 talks regularly. You have to think like a content creator.

    I was going to disagree and be like “if you’re an engineer your only job is engineering” but there’s some truth in what you’re saying. You’ve gotta be charismatic even if you are an engineer.
