What is your hourly freelance rate?
The Problem:
When negotiating my freelance rate with a client I often had a big excel sheet open which told me how much to charge based on project length and weekly workdays.
The Solution:
Last week I turned this excel sheet into a calculator that anybody can use to calculate his/her hourly freelance rate.

- ano-ther 4y agoVery nice! Suggestions: Perhaps you could add some background information about how you get to the final figure. The profit percentage is a bit mysterious. Based on what? The last salary is a good starting point - a reminder to add benefits (healthcare, pension) could help to get to a realistic figure.
