Blind kids don't though, and they still end up being smarter than GPT-4
- eru 4y agoThey still take in a lot of sensory data, eg related to touch and proprioception.

- eru 4y agoI would expect similar amount of data (or more) compared to usual visual inputs. After all, your skin is a pretty big organ. And your sense of balance and proprioception in all the joints is quiet a few different channels and pretty high temporal resolution.
