Is it just me or does that BBC dude come off as pro-censorship?
- lamby 15y agoNot just you. I facepalmed at "...and possibly illegal".
- tankenmate 15y agoIncitement to racial hatred is against the law in the UK; you can do prison time for it.
- rhplus 15y agoAs commented above, yes, it is possibly illegal under UK law. - lamby 15y agoI'm well aware of that and dislike these types of laws. But my point more was that it was presented as if because it was illegal, it was ipso facto immoral.
