Not so sure about that. The biggest part of prompt engineering I am seeing is of the kind that sets up context to bootstrap a discussion on a predetermined domain. As I've said elsewhere, in most knowledge work context is key to getting viable results. I don't think something like this is ever going to get automated away, especially in the cases where the context comes from proprietary knowledge.
