  No, if anything it results in worse support as things stay broken for much longer. Order X, get Y, get refund, order X, get Z isn’t good support it’s a huge waste of my time.

      Yep, there’s a reason I’ve stopped shopping at Amazon it’s simply more time consuming than going to the store in the first place.
