Unrecord dev posts noclip video to prove the realistic bodycam FPS isn't 'fake'
- wkat4242 4y agoThis game would be amazing in VR. I hope they will include that as an option.
- rozab 4y agoI think the effect is all in the camera, I don't think it would translate to VR
- mcraiha 4y agoYep, it would cause nausea for most VR players because the camera is on the vest level and it moves/shakes quite much.
- wkat4242 4y agoOf course it couldn't stay that way. It would have to be moved to the head. VR doesn't work if the user does not have control over the camera. However the vest camera is mainly done here for the 'reality' effect and that is simply not necessary in VR. Because that offers much improved immersion on its own. It's just that VR really benefits from photorealistic environments and most games don't offer that because it's so expensive to make them
- codeddesign 4y agoThe realism is insane. There is a danger in our ever increasing advancements of gameplay. I can only imagine a child playing this and thinking they have a health bar IRL. Super cool from a technology standpoint. A little scary from a societal standpoint.
- DoItToMe81 4y agoThat's a very misplaced worry. People, even children, hell, even parrots, apes and some monkeys, have the ability to discern what's on a screen from reality.
- codeddesign 4y agoMy guess is that you don’t have children. Adults have the ability of discernment due to life experience. Children do not.
