My "bull" case for Lyft is being acquired by Cruise. Perhaps in an acquisition Lyft could restructure enough to survive and Cruise gets a ready-install base of millions of riders (and human drivers for all the markets/conditions they can't automate).

  Perhaps? I think they've raised something like 13B, Lyft is at ~3B or so. Its within the realm of reasonable at some price/structure, but I have no insight into that other than it seems like a decent partnership.
