Not an enterprise use case but I do find ChatGPT useful for qualitative review of written text. I show it a few paragraphs of writing that I'm not sure about and ask it to give me feedback as an audience member. If I have a particular concern, like that the text reads as pretentious or overly technical, I include that in the prompt. This surfaces a lot of useful feedback, especially if I constrain the model to list 3 specific places where the text reads as jargon-y or 3 specific points I could address to make the text more accessible.
