Rust on wasm is the same story as .net on wasm (aka blazor): it is nice if you have a single language developer workforce. But once you maintain a portal team, the benefit is gone. IMHO, the more interesting niche is desktop/mobile apps using html as a toolkit. Because here you can combine raw computing/resource access with being more cross platform.
