When you've been laid off, how much notice did your employer give you?
- CoastalCoder 3y agoFor me, it was: - accounts locked moments before the layoff announcement. - kept on payroll until the next month, so we'd get another month of benefits - given about 6.5 weeks of severance - allowed to keep my computer It was really nice of them. My only sadness is that there was no chance to say goodbyes, which sucked because we had a wonderful team. I finally realized this downside of team building.
