Ask HN: Is there an issue with HN timestamps?

I was following this topic in the morning https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=35640894 but now i see all timestamps a few minutes ago. If i go to top comment poster (https://news.ycombinator.com/threads?id=saulpw) i see it was 12 hours ago, but it appears as 12 minutes ago. Is there any bug?

Confirm it's weird, for me at this time, shows 10 hours in thread comment and 22 in their profile of comments.
