- wouldbecouldbe 3y agoyeah but why you have to make an official job post? and not offer the job directly? In gov they are forced by policies, but most private orgs dont need to do such gymnastics.
- mikro2nd 3y agoDepends where you are (jurisdiction)... in some countries the law requires an open offer.
