What you do when you disagree with the ruling class is revolt and then come up with new rules so you can punish people who break the rules you came up with. The law if any ruler can be unjust and if you tolerate that law then those acting in accordance to it are immune from future punishment. If the ruler is unjust then you must rebel if you want to change thier laws.
