I worked at a place with this mantra- in practice, it means bring a very narrow political spectrum of opinions and behaviors to work. Both on the identity politics side, but also the "approved" mental health stuff like "imposter syndrome", "neurodivergence" and depression - but only when they're all but invisible and things you post hashtags about, anything real and you're an "asshole", etc. Like all these things, it's almost the dead opposite of its literal meaning, and are really only for the benefit of a professional victim class, anyone actually needing help is SOL.
