That's crazy. Tell me more about this. What happened What do you wish you'd known ahead of time? How would you solve this?
- wmf 3y agoOne of the biggest mistakes was trying to change technology without changing culture. Sure, we had buy-in from the CEO and board but they don't actually run the company. You can't force-feed cloud into a culture that doesn't understand/appreciate it. You can't take calculated risks in an organization whose whole purpose is to avoid/outsource risks.
