A lot of folks here seem to be jumping to the conclusion that this means that DeepMind is losing its independence. Other than the addition of the word "Google" - which could simply be a rebranding exercise - I am yet to see any evidence in support of that. P.S. In particular, there haven't been any indications that Demis's reporting line is changing.
