Absolutely right. The fact that it even got a full trial shows there are legal questions here.
- nostrademons 3y agoBut as far as that specific trial - not anymore. Fogerty vs. Fantasy becomes case law, and so any future cases with substantively similar facts are going to be ruled the same way. That's how the law works.
