- rolph 3y agosomewhere oer the rainbow. i hope you enjoyed it steve, and have many more exciting adventures.
- AnimalMuppet 3y agoI definitely used Indeed and Monster. Robert Half recruiting. AngelList, I think. That's from memory. It seems like I tried one or two others as well, but I don't remember what they were. I also don't remember which one was the source of the interview that landed me the job. (This was January/February 2023.)
- georgel 3y agoI haven't looked at Indeed or Monster, wasn't sure if they were still relevant these days. I'll check them out though, thanks!
- AnimalMuppet 3y agoMy impression is that Monster at least is less relevant than it was 15 years ago. It's not nothing, but it's not The Place anymore. Indeed is I think a bit better, but it also can result in you getting spammed by people who have a technical job opening, and see that you can do something technical by your resume, and so send you openings to which you have absolutely no interest.
- hatchoo 3y agoLinkedIn. I filter job postings made within the last 24 hours only. Based on past experience, the further back I was at the applicant line, the smaller the chances for getting past the initial quick scan/screen
